Her background in event planning and marketing adds a well-rounded dimension to her client work — sharpening her attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to build genuine rapport across a wide range of situations. That mix of skills gives her a distinct edge in managing the relationship side of legal work alongside its technical demands. 

Born in Australia with a Taiwanese background, Lily is comfortable working across cultures and brings a natural ease to client relationships. She listens carefully, takes time to understand individual concerns, and focuses on finding practical, considered ways forward — ensuring clients feel supported at every stage of their matter. 

Outside of work, Lily is a talented pianist and enjoys ice-skating, travelling, and Pilates.
