About the practice
Ascent Lawyers works only on personal injury and TPD claims — CTP, WorkCover, public liability and TPD.
The firm is led by Mengpei Gao, who has built Ascent around a clear set of standards: preparation and transparency. Those values shape how we recruit, how we train and how we run our files.
It's a close-knit team with a real sense of direction. People here are collaborative, open to feedback and interested in doing good work for the clients they represent. We also assist clients in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese — and we value the cultural awareness that brings to the practice.
