张莉莉律师是逸升法律（Ascent Lawyers）的律师兼客户关系经理，专注于人身伤害与赔偿法律事务，拥有四年多法律行业经验。 她始终坚持以客户为先，并以清晰沟通、良好组织能力及务实的问题解决方式推进每一项工作。对张律师而言，人身伤害法律服务不仅需要扎实的专业基础，也需要对客户的实际处境保持持续关注与回应。
在案件处理过程中，张律师注重以有条理、可执行的方式协助客户理解每一步安排。她深知，人身伤害案件往往伴随着身体不适、生活变化及现实压力，因此尤其重视倾听客户的具体顾虑，并通过清楚、及时的沟通，让客户了解案件进展及可行方向，帮助客户在复杂过程中保持清晰与安心。
