Jiajia (Dinah) Dong

Dinah is a Paralegal and Public Relations Officer at Ascent Lawyers, bringing a client-focused approach to personal injury matters and a steady hand to the firm’s community engagement work. A law graduate, she is currently completing the final steps toward admission to the Queensland Law Society. 

Her legal experience spans private law firms, community legal centres, and government departments — a range that gave her a well-rounded, practical understanding of how the legal system operates at different levels. 

Beyond her legal work, Dinah brings exceptional community credentials. She served as President of the Bond University Chinese Students Association, collaborating with the Consulate-General of the PRC in Brisbane, local police, and not-for-profit organisations on cultural diversity initiatives. She was also selected as a Gold Coast Mayor’s Student Ambassador. 

Outside of work, Dinah enjoys piano, calligraphy, and painting.
