Lingyu (Miranda) Zhou

Lingyu is a dedicated paralegal at Ascent Lawyers, bringing a strong academic background and a passion for client-focused legal support. She studies law at Queensland University of Technology, where she was awarded the prestigious Carter Newell Lawyers Prize for achieving the highest score in Tort Law. Lingyu Further distinguished herself by completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at QUT with second-Class Honours (Division A).

With over nine years of experience as a NAATI-certified professional interpreter, Lingyu has provided expert legal and medical interpretation services across Queensland’s courts and tribunals. This unique background enhances her ability to navigate complex legal matters with precision and cultural sensitivity.
