Mengpei Gao

Mengpei is the founder and principal lawyer of Ascent Lawyers. Her practice is dedicated exclusively to personal injury and compensation law — an area she has focused on throughout her legal career, building the depth of expertise and judgment that complex claims require. 

She remains closely involved in each matter from commencement through to resolution, overseeing the assessment, preparation, and strategic progression of claims. Personal injury often brings uncertainty and disruption, and Mengpei places particular importance on ensuring clients understand their position realistically and in full — so that important decisions can be made with confidence and without false expectations.

Outside of her practice, Mengpei enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Her interests include hiking, badminton, and roller skating.
